Christine’s Story to The Process CEO

I wasn’t born a CEO.

At 19, I dropped out of college after a car accident and landed a job as a litigation paralegal at a pharmaceutical company. I worked there for ten years. I loved fixing what was broken, finding solutions, and building systems that made things run smoother.

But something in me always knew I was meant for more. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, and that drive was in my blood. I wanted freedom. I wanted impact. And I wanted to build something that would give others the same.

In 2004, my husband Freddie and his dad started Clearview Washing, a small exterior cleaning company with a big dream. Years later, I joined them to help scale the business. We had no investors, no roadmap, and no safety net. What we did have was grit, vision, and a commitment to excellence.

That’s when I realized something powerful. The real freedom in business doesn’t come from working harder. It comes from building smarter.

I created The Process CEO to help other entrepreneurs do the same. To show them how to stop being the bottleneck, build real systems, and step fully into the CEO role their business needs.

Because every business owner deserves freedom.
Time freedom. Financial freedom. And the peace that comes when your business finally runs without you.
