The unsexy truth... it took years for us to become a multi-million dollar exterior cleaning company.

At 19, I dropped out of college after a car accident, but entrepreneurship was in my blood—I grew up surrounded by business owners who taught me the value of hard work and vision. I landed a great job as a litigation paralegal for a major pharmaceutical company and spent the next ten years there. My true passion was in legal operations—I loved identifying inefficiencies and fixing what was broken.

But here’s the thing—the corporate world didn’t like change-makers.

Fast forward to 2017, when my husband and I had our first child. I left the corporate world and joined my Freddie and his dad at Clearview Washing. What started as me “helping out” quickly became a mission to build systems, create structure, and scale the business into what it is today—a multi-million-dollar company with a strong culture and team that feels like family.

Through that journey, I realized my passion wasn’t just in building systems for one business—it was in teaching other entrepreneurs how to do the same.

That’s how The Process CEO was born: a movement to help home service business owners simplify, systemize, and scale so they can step out of the chaos and finally become the visionary leaders their businesses need.

1. My favorite place in the world is Marathon, Florida

   I could spend every single day at the beach looking at crystal clear aqua water!

2. I started my entrepreneurial journey when I was 5

   My parents owned a dry cleaners, so not only did I see what it was like to work with a spouse, I also learned how hard work and dedication towards your own dreams and goals equaled freedom. I was determined to work for myself one day.

3. I LOVE being a mom

   A huge objective for me is having the ability to be a full time mom, while also making money. This is what drove my us to build systems for every aspect of our business. We wanted to travel the world with our kids knowing that we had leaders and employees in place to run our business without us. It worked - and you can do this too!
